Warranty / Guarantee:
Canopus or www.corsoh.com is not responsible for any electronic device for Warranty / Guarantee. However, we can help for how customer will get service of Product. In case of any issue with product, customer will directly contact to customer care number that belongs to product which is displayed on product outer pack.
Return:
Customer will return the product when delivered product was damaged during transportation. Return will be accepted within 1-2days after delivery. Our executive will come and evaluate the product while returning product. And return will not accepted If any technical issues with product like showing Error/False reading. Company will assure that all products are to be dispatched very safely to customer.
Replacement and Refund:
Canopus or www.corsoh.com will not do any replacement/refund for any product due to different terms because all products are sell under www.corsoh.com to be original and customer demanded items. However, customer will get refund when product was returned by customer after evaluation of item.
Cancellation:
Customer will make cancellation of product before dispatch through phone call / WhatsApp / E-mail.
